After 19 ½ years as our Senior Pastor, we say goodbye to Pastor Steve Dickerson on Sunday, February 28, 2021. After 47 years as a Pastor in the Nazarene Church, he and his wife Collette will be retiring and taking off on a new adventure and we wish them all the very best in their travels. We were very blessed to have him leading our local congregation for so many wonderful years. Pastor Steve was instrumental in relocating the church from its former location in Placerville to the new building on Motherlode Drive. We thank him for his leadership, mentorship, love and compassion in leading our flock through these years, especially these last couple years with so many challenges. Pastor Steve and Collette were involved in everything including providing excellent sermons, leading & teaching Women, Men & Children ministries, leading our Caravan Program, coordinating Work & Witness Trips, Summer Programs and Community Events, to name a few. We will cherish Pastor Steve’s compassion for our PlazNaz people visiting in times of need and times of joy – always there for his flock – no matter the day or time. Their presence will be missed by all. We wish Pastor Steve many blessings and safe travels and hope he and Collette will come back and visit us often. Happy trails Pastor Steve & Collette. Live love!
Church is never canceled.

Changes are happening week to week and sometimes day to day.
We believe in one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.
We believe that man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually.
We believe that the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost.
We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin.
We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers.
